Dual Training Program

In AESA we trust in local talent, thats why thanks to an strategic alliance with our clients and specialized training centers, we train people from the communities in the supervision of underground mining equipment.

This initiative promotes local inclusion and provides them opportunities and tools that allow them to develop.

Local employment

AESA encourages local hiring in our projects.

Currently, we have 14% of employees who come from the locations where we operate. Our goal is to increase this percentage every year.

Local suppliers

AESA contributes to the local economy thanks to a trainin programs with local providers. Currently, we have 100% approved General Services providers.

This initiative contributes to their businesses and being sustainable over time, also it brings better services for our employees.

Workshops with AESA Families

We have a close relationship with the employee families. This connection allows us to contribute to the development of Entrepreneurship Soft Skills and Family Wellness.

Environment

AESA leaves a green footprint in the world thanks to our focus on the environment.

We have a Carbon Footprint Emissions Reduction Plan.

Furthermore, we measure our water footprint, energy, water consumption, solid waste and blasting.

Operator Learning Program

We believe in the talent of our employees, that's why, thanks to the Operator Learning Program, we offer a technical career line that is open to anyone who wishes to continue learning.

The starting position is Mine Operations/Services Assistant and from there you can follow a line of growth and specialization until you reach a position of Multiple Operator, Supervisor or even Instructor.
